body in movement?
Sexy calls with my boyfriend, morning walks, Tight Club Livestream workouts and my own freestyle movement sessions when I'm alone in my studio.
What are you doing to manage your mind? Talking things out. I've had some of the most open and honest conversations with everyone from my landlord to my mom to my boyfriend.
Where are you finding inspiration? 5 minutes into any run, workout, bike ride I've gotta pull out my notebook to capture all my ideas.
What are you reading, watching, listening to? Reading the E Myth, watching Curb your Enthusiasm, listening to my heart.
How are you staying nourished? My beloved Harvest is bagging their amazing soup broths!
Is there a piece of art, or form of art that you are finding yourself drawn to at this time? Im not sure if this counts, but I've been really drawn to building shelves in my home to display objects thats are close to my heart. Things like love letters, special birthday cards, picture books and pamphlets I've collected.
