Can I change or cancel an order?
Once an order has been placed, we can’t edit the address you’ve entered or change any items within the order.

What forms of payment do you take?
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
Canada: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays). Orders placed after noon EST on Friday’s and over the weekend will be processed within 1-2 days from the following Monday. We will always email you an order confirmation when your order is fulfilled.
Shipping within Canada takes an estimated 1-5 business days depending on location. We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders. Over $75. We use Canada Post service for all deliveries and orders will ship based on the method you select from the available options at checkout.
USA: Shipping to USA takes 8-10 business days depending on location. We use Canada Post for all deliveries and orders will be shipped based on the method you select from the available options at checkout.
Note, that packages may be subject to duties and customs fees which are not calculated at check out. HIRRS has no control over these fees and they will be billed upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office to determine fees ahead of time.
What does shipping cost?
All economy shipping orders within Canada costs $8.95 and will arrive 1-5 business days from the date of processing. If the order is over $75, shipping is complimentary.
Express Canada Shipping Costs $44.95 and will arrive within 1-2 days of the order being placed.
All US economy orders are subject to a charge of $19.95 and will arrive within 7-10 days of the order being placed.

What is your return policy?
Our aim is to ensure you are wearing the right size and style of HIRRS. If you are unsatisfied with one of your items, please email email@example.com within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you to find a solution.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within North America, but we would be happy to find a solution if you live outside of Canada or USA. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to arrange for product to be delivered to you.
